I've spent years in frustration, stuck in the exhausting cycle of restriction and rebound. I've tried countless diets, weight loss pills, and pushed through stomach pain and headaches, only to be told by doctors that nothing was wrong.
I went through unnecessary MRIs, left with piles of medical bills and no real answers. Eventually, I realized I had to take matters into my own hands and reclaim control over my health.
Now in my 30s, I’ve become more aware of hormonal shifts and how much harder it can be to juggle real life with staying healthy, having energy and feeling balanced.
It wasn’t until I returned to God's nature design, eating nutrient-dense, animal-based foods and tuning into how my body truly works that I found freedom, balance, and real results.
